Orders placed before 2pm IST ship the same working day. Metro cities usually receive delivery in 2–3 working days, and the rest of India in 4–6. You will get an AWB number by email and SMS the moment the parcel is handed to the courier.

Yes, as long as it has not shipped. Write to [email protected] with your order number and we will amend or cancel it. Once the AWB is generated the parcel is with the courier and has to be returned instead.

Not yet. We ship across all Indian states and union territories, including PIN codes served only by India Post. International shipping is planned but not live.

Flat ₹99 on orders below ₹1,999 and free above it. There is no surcharge for cash on delivery.

Enter your PIN code on any product page to check. We cover roughly 24,000 PIN codes through our courier partners; anything outside that is served by India Post with a slightly longer window.

Seven days from delivery on everything except tailoring, which gets ten. The garment has to be unworn, unwashed, and still carrying its tags.

Open the order in your account and choose Return, or write to [email protected] with the order number. We arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you where the courier serves your PIN code.

Within 3–5 working days of the returned parcel reaching our warehouse and passing inspection. Prepaid orders go back to the original payment method; COD orders are refunded to a bank account you nominate.

Yes, subject to stock. Exchanges are shipped once the original garment is back with us, and we cover the courier both ways.

True to size on tees, shirts and hoodies, with the relaxed styles noted on the product page. Every product page carries the exact garment measurements — measure a garment you already own flat and match it, rather than going by your usual letter.

Take the larger one on anything boxy or heavyweight, and the smaller on slim fits like the Sterling poplin and the Essential V-Neck. If in doubt, email us your chest and shoulder measurements and we will tell you which to order.

Our cotton is pre-shrunk, so expect under 2% — around half a centimetre in length on a medium. Wash cold and dry low and it stays where it is.

UPI, all major credit and debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details.

On most PIN codes, up to an order value of ₹15,000. The checkout will tell you at the point of entering your address if COD is unavailable for yours.

Cold water, inside out, gentle cycle. Never iron directly over the print, and skip the dryer on high heat. Our prints are water-based rather than plastisol, so treated this way they outlast the garment.

Merino is hand wash or wool cycle, dried flat in shade. Suits are dry clean only — but clean them sparingly, brush after each wear, and hang them on a broad hanger between wears.
