This policy explains what Twillian Studio collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address when you place an order; your order and return history; and anonymised analytics about how the site is used. If you create an account, we also store your saved addresses and wishlist.
What we do not collect
We never see or store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay.
Why we hold it
To fulfil and deliver your order, to handle returns and refunds, to answer support requests, and to meet the record-keeping obligations placed on us by Indian tax law.
Who we share it with
Only the parties needed to complete your order — our courier partners, our payment gateway, and our email provider. We do not sell personal data to anyone, for any purpose.
Your rights
Write to [email protected] to see, correct or delete the data we hold on you. We respond within 30 days. Deleting your account does not remove invoices we are legally required to retain.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep you signed in and hold your cart. Analytics cookies only run after you accept them in the consent banner, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
