These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make on it.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance happens when we dispatch the parcel, and until then we may cancel and refund in full — most often because an item sold out between your checkout and our packing.
Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch rather than silently cancelling.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your login. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to it.
Intellectual property
The photography, artwork, prints and copy on this site belong to Twillian Studio. Our print artwork may not be reproduced commercially.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you hold under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
