How you can pay
All prices on this site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay, which accepts UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and supported wallets. Cash on delivery is offered on eligible orders and PIN codes; it is shown at checkout when available.
We never see or store your full card number, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials. Those are handled by Razorpay and its partner banks on their own PCI-DSS compliant systems.
When you are charged
For prepaid orders the amount is authorised and captured when you complete payment. Your order is confirmed only after Razorpay reports a successful payment; until then nothing is dispatched. For cash on delivery you pay the courier at the door.
Failed and duplicate payments
If money leaves your account but the order does not confirm, the payment was not captured and your bank will reverse it automatically, normally within 5–7 working days. If it has not reversed after that, write to [email protected] with the payment reference and we will trace it with Razorpay.
Cancelling an order
You may cancel any order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched, by emailing [email protected] with your order number. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier it can no longer be cancelled — refuse delivery or use the returns process instead.
We may cancel an order ourselves if the item is unavailable, the address is not serviceable, or the payment is flagged as fraudulent. If we do, you are refunded in full and told why.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Prepaid refunds are initiated within 2 working days of approval and typically reach your account 5–7 working days after that, depending on your bank. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to an account you nominate, on the same timeline.
Shipping charges are refunded when the cancellation or return is our fault — a wrong, damaged or undelivered item. They are not refunded on a change-of-mind return.
