Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm IST on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders after that, or on Sundays and public holidays, go out on the next working day.
Delivery times
Metro cities: 2–3 working days. Tier-two cities: 3–5 working days. Remainder of India, including India Post PIN codes: 4–8 working days.
Charges
Flat ₹99 below ₹1,999 and free above it, with no COD surcharge.
Tracking
An AWB number is emailed and texted to you at dispatch, and every order can be tracked from the Track Order page without signing in.
Failed deliveries
Couriers attempt delivery three times. After three failures the parcel returns to us and we refund the order in full, less nothing.
Address changes
We can change a delivery address before dispatch only. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
